If I could give it fewer than 1 star, I would. I have been with UOO for almost a year. For a year, UOO has made a big push for a program they call Flight Path. The idea is their trader places a trade, and their software copies it directly into our accounts. They promised we would be profitable very quickly. That has been very far from the truth. The reality is, they have had numerous software problems with the software not accurately replicating the trades. What's more, their traders have been consistently losing money. For example, UOO posted their results for June, and they lost $30 trading micros by their own admission. This is before slippage and commissions. This is not an aberration. They are consistently not profitable. They have been through multiple traders and different trading styles. If they were legitimate, you would think at least one of their multiple staffers, many of whom claim to be traders, could profitably trade it. Just recently, UOO brought in another trader but will not even disclose his identity.Numerous members have asked for proof these people can profitably trade, but we are just ignored.UOO begged us to give them time to sort things out and promised us refunds but have refused my refund request and the requests of others.I could continue with negative things, but I think this is enough.EDIT: This is in response to UOO's reply. Flight Path is still unprofitable, and UOO almost never trades it. It does not perform as they claimed. Further, ask yourself, if they are so good at trading options and futures, why can't they make money when actual money is on the line? That should give you good insight into the value of the options and futures rooms and "education."
