Horrible customer service. Speeds advertised not received. Canceling is a NIGHTMARE. My husband and I signed up for their 4G plan and are paying $145/mo for it (yet after we signed up they started advertising this plan at $89/mo). We could barely get over 1mbps down or up, so we shelled out the $400+ to upgrade to the 5G plan. The device arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS and NEVER WORKED. We reached out to customer service for 2 weeks with no response until I threatened to report the company as fraud. After the device still didn't work, they told us we could cancel and sent it back. They then charged us AGAIN for both plans and said they couldn't cancel it until they received the device, which was not stated at any point in the prior correspondence. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
