Unlocked two straight talk Samsung a51 devices. Didnt realize service required remote access to my computer and non tracphone associated sim card. Price was more than I initially thought (85 per phone vs 30) which was likely my mistake. Technician Stephen did his job well and was friendly and respectful. In the end I still saved a fair amount of money over purchasing these phones already unlocked and everything works great!
