Two weeks ago they took access of one of my ad accounts because it was created with the wrong currency and still waiting to get it it back.They said they will give us another account with the right currency. It's been two weeks now and nothing happend.I booked a call with them but they didn't show up, they didn't even bother to send any email or communicate.Now I'm contacting their support to get the account but they are not replying....Worst customer service ever they give you plenty of promises on their landing page, and when they take the payment they go ghost.This is has been the process just to get an ad account, imagine if we encounter any problems in the future.This has been the case for a whole month now, read my previous review nothing changed.
