I strongly advise against using Unplex if your recipient needs the funds urgently. I sent money to my family due to an emergency, and even after more than three days, they still haven’t received it. There's no live customer support—only limited chat availability—and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration.I’ve sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same ordeal. We send money to support our loved ones in critical moments, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, trying to contact their team has been a major hassle. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stay away from this service. Please DO NOT USE THEM.
