Unvented products go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I had a part that looked like it was stuck in the Christmas post. I needed the part to get a job finished before the holidays kicked in. They resent the order on an overnight service at no cost to me. Both items arrived at the same time. One fitted one being returned to the company which again they paid for, the return,best service I have had all year.
