I purchased a “Delta Pro Touch” monitor from the official eBay shop eviciv_official_monitor. The listing claimed only light signs of use, yet the device arrived with undisclosed missing parts and a completely defective digitizer. After two days, the product was essentially unusable.

When I reported the issues, I received no meaningful support. My detailed messages were ignored for days, and instead of addressing the missing components or the defective touchscreen, I was repeatedly offered the same generic 50‑€ partial refund — regardless of the actual problem described. This pattern gives the strong impression of a scripted tactic designed to avoid proper resolution.

I formally requested a replacement under EU consumer law (§ 439 BGB). Despite the seller claiming that no replacement was available, the product continued to be listed as “in stock” on their own eBay page. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.

Uperfect, the brand behind the product, has been informed of the situation via email. Despite this, the seller continues operating on eBay in exactly the same manner, with no visible corrective action. This leaves the impression that the issue is known but not addressed.

Instead of providing the legally required replacement, the seller insisted on a return and refund — even though replacement was neither impossible nor unreasonable. All evidence (videos, screenshots, message history) clearly supports my claim.

I received a device that should never have been sold in this condition, and the handling of the situation was dismissive, repetitive, and unhelpful. A deeply disappointing experience that undermines trust in both the seller and the brand.
