I have a Uperfect UGame K118 with three years of warranty on purchase. The screen worked well for a while and now its not working. Screen got blank with no display, while the audio is still working. I searched the internet and found this fault is quite common in Uperfect monitors. I contacted the customer service and a got an initial response from someone named Stella. I provided a supporting video of the faulty monitor and then they stopped communicating knowing that it could not be fixed and would probably be needed to be replaced. I wrote multiple emails and still received no response. Extremely frustrated and angry with Uperfect team. Would never recommend their product!!
