The advisor was incredibly rude. I was merely inquiring about their fees and the assistance they could provide for my plans in Germany, yet the individual responded with condescension and mansplaining, despite me clearly stating my objectives. He persistently urged me to enroll in their profile-building program, disregarding the fact that I already possess a strong enough profile for the universities I aim for. He dismissed my opinions and insisted on speaking with my parents as if I were a child. This was the worst experience I've had with career counseling for studying abroad.
