I did a free trial with four different AI medical note programs and Upheal was my favorite and the one I chose to use. I like the accuracy of the notes, the simple user interface and the strong customer service. Whenever I've reached out with questions or feedback, they've been very communicative. All of these programs are quite new, so none of the notes were 100% perfect. Regardless, using this program saves me a lot of time and lowers my stress around progress notes. And I feel like the program continues to improve all the time, likely because they are actually listening to users feedback.
