We are a large gym in South Wales and have used Upholestery2u several times. We have always received an exceptional customer service. We have experienced quick responses, fantastic communication, easy service to use, great advice and all work completed was to the standard promised and very speedy. We have dealt with a few different members of the team and received a consist great service every time, especially from Harvey. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. One particular example is when he helped us find the perfect colour match for a few of our red leather machines, even sending samples beforehand to make sure we got it spot on. Absolutely brilliant job. Arrived when they said they would, job completed in the timescale they said. 22 pieces re-upholstered in an afternoon.Worked quickly and efficiently from our carpark. No real disruption to the gym during a busy time. Will definitely use Upholstery2 U again.
