I have used uPhotogift before and would recommend them. I was making a memory photobook which had a lot of old photos (1960 and 1990's) although they came up as," low quality photo" I didn't really have a choice of trying to improve them However, i was really pleased with the end result and the person receiving this gift was delighted.
