There is significant inconsistency in the tutoring experience; many tutors respond in a manner that suggests a lack of genuine support, almost as if they are merely going through the motions, often taking over 30 minutes to answer a single question. Only a few tutors actually provide assistance. This is why I struggled in my first chemistry test in Year 12. The platform was great in September, but I was flagged for creating multiple free trial accounts, which I acknowledged as my mistake. However, they should have coordinated with the tech team to resolve this, as it has resulted in me missing out on the excellent tutoring experience I had back in September!
