Uplift refuses to give us a full refund for our Sunwings trip that was canceled. We booked Aug 11 and our trip was canceled Dec 30. Our trip was Feb 10. They want to keep $700 for a trip that we never took. We have emailed them many times with a reaponse of too bad so sad you signed the agreement. Do not use uplift.Update. The day after I posted this I was contected by Uplift. My full amount was finally returned to me. It is too bad it took posting this review to finally get it.
