I booked a trip and had to cancel. Sunwing issued the refund to Uplift and then..crickets. I have heard nothing. I cannot get someone on the phone. I tried the live chat, nothing. What kind of company doesnt allow you to speak with someone? I tired emailing and all I get back is some standard message back that has nothing to do with my issue.Edit- I did receive my refund but I still have never been able to connect with a person. I would not recommend
