Only then did I receive a call from Ali, the owner, who assured me—at length—that he would personally help me and my business. He asked that I delete the original review, promising follow-up and genuine support. In good faith, I agreed and took the review down, trusting that his word would be honored.Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. This pattern suggests that their priority lies in managing their public image rather than delivering on their stated mission.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Their actions demonstrated self-interest over client support, and I would caution other freelancers to proceed with great care before engaging their services.
