For a small company, the support was very very good. The initial response, and follow-ups, were detailed and comprehensive, which went above and beyond my original query - and indeed allowed me to proceed more efficiently without requiring an ongoing dialogue. Working with music assets is new for me, and the issue I had felt persistent, but all has been resolved successfully. BTW my issue was NOT a glitch on their side.
