The top-up for my phone takes way too long. It feels like a scam! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TIME ON MY NUMBER THAT I PAID FOR! I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE $50 TOP-UP FOR THE PHONE I PROVIDED INFORMATION FOR! This is incredibly frustrating!
