The top-up process is taking an unreasonably long time. It feels like a scam! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TIME ON MY NUMBER THAT I PAID FOR! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE $50 TOP-UP FOR THE PHONE I PROVIDED INFORMATION FOR! This is very frustrating!
