I had solar batteries and panels installed by this company in July. Initially, the price was competitive and the experience leading up to the installation was very positive. However, things took a turn for the worse afterward. Despite a surveyor visiting and detailing how the cables would be run, the engineer arrived without reviewing the survey. I was at an urgent hospital appointment and wasn't present. My son called me to say the engineer was confused about the fuse board's location and intended to run the cables over the front of the house instead of under the patio as previously agreed. He admitted he hadn't reviewed the survey beforehand. Additionally, I found out that the inverter installed was incorrect and didn't support battery heating. The surveyor had advised placing the batteries outside my garage without mentioning potential cold-weather issues. Consequently, I spent over £200 and my own time building an insulated enclosure for the batteries. The company seemed unaware of the inverter's incompatibility with the battery heating function. It took a month of emailing the company's owner before he agreed to install the correct inverter, which only happened after I threatened legal action. Furthermore, the technical support is severely lacking. My battery warming is still not functioning correctly, even with the right inverter installed. Despite multiple calls and messages to the technical support team, I haven't received any callbacks. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. I would advise caution before choosing this company.
