UPS recently installed a solar and battery system at my home. They were professional and pleasant to deal with throughout. I went with UPS after assembling a number of quotes as they struck me as the most knowledgeable and flexible of the firms I talked to. They designed a good system for me, including a difficult to find manual change over switch to cover power cuts, kept all their appointments and kept me informed throughout. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and all the paper work arrived promptly afterwards.My only quibbles are that I wish I had installed a somewhat bigger capacity inverter, as the 3.6kW one that came doesn't always meet my house's peak demand (which my solar and battery could otherwise). A discussion about inverter sizes at the design stage might have helped me avoid that, but ultimately it was on me to do my homework (and the inverter installed does meet the large majority of my house's load without needing the grid to help).I would certainly use UPS again and am grateful to the team for the excellent work they did for me.
