Then after the process of getting verified, and waiting for my cashout, all while being congratulated by their support staff along the way, it was voided by management.Why? Because apparently I broke:"Terms and Conditions: "19. When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."Now this was never displayed ANYWHERE on ANY of their bonuses that they offer about having to have deposits in between bonuses. On EVERY other site, they post the T&C's of the bonus BEFORE you take it.This is incredibly predatory and absolute BS. The fact that they "reserve the right" and don't flat out say "bonuses will be voided" really sheds some light as well. Seeing as they decided to exercise that right on MY winnings, but my friend that used the same code received his, and we both played the same bonuses as they were given to us. So why was I targeted and he wasn't? Oh, well that's simple. I hit the max cashout allowed on the bonus, and you can bet your butt there is NO way they will pay out unless they ABSOLUTELY have to.They lost multiple customers over this, so I'm glad the $180 void was worth it.DO NOT PLAY HERE. If you don't believe me, look up ALLLLLLL the disputes they have all over askgamblers, latestcasinobonuses, and a handful of other sites. DOZENS of complaints about being denied cashouts for legitimate reason, and being called out on their BS. Well I'm doing that here.
