Had massage in my home and massage table was brought in. During session, the Urban individual managed to severely scratch my wooden floor leaving several marks.When I got in contact with Urban, I was told they refuse to take any responsibility for the incident. The simple message being ‘we do not get involved’. They have provided me with an email address to the individual that was in my home. I have emailed several times but not received any responses.This has been passed on to Urban. They still refuse to get involved and take responsibility for something that happen whilst I was buying a service from them. Not recommended
