Shipping is through UPS standard, which is relatively fast within the EU. I bought some 'Karakol' duvet covers which are 300 TC sateen cotton. And the quality is quite disappointing, they are not soft enough for sensitive skin even after 3 washes, I would describe them as slightly scratchy, they feel less good than my IKEA duvet covers which says it all. The stitching and color are great, so it's really just the cotton material quality which is disappointing. The return policy is nice but you'll have to take the sacrifice on one unit, as its impossible to know how bedlinen truly feel without washing and sleeping a couple nights with them, making returning them not possible.
