Extremely poor customer service and staff behaviour

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Urban Clap. I had booked this service well in advance because I needed to attend an important wedding and had planned my schedule accordingly. Despite this, Urban Company rescheduled my appointment on their own without taking my consent and assigned a time that was after the time I specifically needed the service. This completely defeated the purpose of booking in advance.What made it worse is that this was not a one-time issue—the rescheduling has happened multiple times, showing a serious lack of planning, coordination, and respect for customers’ time. When you book a professional service for an important occasion, reliability is the bare minimum expectation, and Urban Company failed on that completely.To add to the frustration, when I called the assigned beautician to understand the situation, she was extremely impolite, rude, and unprofessional. There was no empathy, no attempt to help, and no basic courtesy in the way she spoke. This behavior is unacceptable for a platform that claims to offer trained and professional service providers.Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress at a time when things should have been smooth and hassle-free. Poor communication, repeated rescheduling without consent, and rude behavior from the service provider make this a service I cannot trust or recommend. Urban Company seriously needs to improve its scheduling system, quality control, and customer service standards.
