I am very disappointed with the service from Urban Clap. I booked their services last week by paying the reservation fee, but they cancelled at the last minute without giving any prior notice. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend Urban Clap to anyone, as they can cancel on you at the last minute without any warning.
