The professional did everything except mopping and cleaning the floor leaving all the dust and cobwebs in the floor. We reached home yesterday evening and was shocked to see the floor dirty. Since then been following up.with the customer care and they are asking us to be patient?. Paid 4.2k and asking someone to wait till the next available professional is it ethical?.
