Had booked for a waxing appointment...the lady supposedly reached the location...called from the app...not a normal call...and went away and my phone setting is enables in such a way that it does not accept calls from apps ... And then she went away...the top money was already prepaid and so I was charged that as well as 300 rs for the cancellation...GREAT..never booking from here again....
