UrbanClap (Urban Company) has recently started their “Insta Help” service, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. After every two services, they increase the prices, and their so-called professionals are not reliable at all. There is no option for cash on delivery or payment after work — they take the full amount in advance, and then either the professional doesn’t show up or the work is done very poorly.I booked a service for 19th October at 11:00 AM. The professional didn’t come. Later, they rescheduled it for Monday, 2:30 PM (on Diwali). The professional called me and said she would reach on time, but after 10 minutes she said she would not come. Their so-called “executive” called me and only offered to reschedule again — no real help.They have completely ruined my festive preparation. It feels like they’ve started this service just to mentally torture customers and make money. I’m going to raise this issue on all social media platforms — people deserve to know how UrbanClap is exploiting customers.
