I have been working with Urban Company for the last 5–6 months as an RO Repair Service partner. However, I am still connected through a third-party vendor instead of being a direct UC Partner.My Urban Company Partner ID is already created, but despite multiple requests through UC App, Customer Care, Email, and even Instagram, I have not received any solution.I am only requesting to be onboarded as a Direct Partner, so that I can work independently and grow with UC. This issue is blocking my growth and causing unnecessary dependency on third party. I hope UC management resolves this fairly.
