They sent an email saying I canceled my order and they didn’t refund my $150 dollars. DO NOT ORDER from these SCAMMERS! They said they issued me a refund but they did NOT. I sent a follow up email on January 18th about the status of my refund and I received no response. They only responded to this post saying they issued me a refund. And they only sent me an email on Dec 28th AFTER I had to email them about the status of my order. They never sent me an email about the product being sold out or a refund. I had to reach out first. Well I guess someone at the company wasn’t doing their job because I sent a follow up email to the exact same email address they responded to on Dec 28th. My mistake they did send an email about my order on 12/3 But they said I canceled my order which I never did and they said they barely refunded me after I had to email them about my refund on 12/27 to which they responded on 12/28. Why did the refund take so long to process? I ordered from them in November. I still haven’t received my refund. Maybe the company should be more honest and say the product was not in stock instead of saying I canceled the order, and not wait for the customer to reach out about their refund.
