No Delivery, No Communication

I ordered a shirt and received a tracking number that claimed the shirt was delivered. However, there is no link between this tracking number and my address. I received an email response instructing me to call, but there was no answer via phone. After 24 hours, I received a reply on WhatsApp only saying 'see tracking number.' Until I get a better response, I consider this company a scam.

Do not order here anything

I ordered Adidas football boots. The delivery was very slow, and I was extremely disappointed. They are not genuine. When I emailed and asked to return them, the responses were strange. Apparently, to ‘handle such matters,’ I was supposed to send a WhatsApp message. The company seems suspicious, and I do not want to give them my phone number. Now a month has passed, and they still do not reply to my emails about how I can return the shoes. Zero stars.

Well I would give a 0! I have tried to contact this company to find out where my son’s birthday present is going to arrive. ($199 Football boots) and the number is disconnected. I’ve sent an email chasing them, they said their online tracking has ‘issues’. I have asked for my money back or they will be reported. Or if they can indeed show me at least an arrival date, where my sons boots are I will remove this review
