Ordered two handrails for stairs in oak. Company sent the wrong colour. Also the fittings for the end were not flush. Company would only accept return at my cost even although it was there fault. Cost me 30 quid to get a refund. They offered to send out more but it was part of a larger project I was purchasing in stages so couldn't risk them all being different colours. Also the quality was poor for the money. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I recommend avoiding this seller. I ordered two pipe reducers and two nipples with a promised 2-3 day delivery. However, the nipples arrived 10 days late. When I called to inquire about the reducers, I was informed they couldn't be supplied. I emailed to request a cancellation of the order but received a reply stating the remaining items would be delivered later that day, which never happened. After canceling, I was informed there would be a restocking fee. Ultimately, I kept the nipples but canceled the reducers, and I never received a refund for the delivery charge. This seller is untrustworthy and tries to complicate cancellations. Consider yourself warned.

I ordered 1/2” pipe and fittings. While the three lengths of pipe arrived, the fittings did not. When I contacted them, they claimed they ship items separately to avoid damage. Living far apart, they still chose to send items individually, which seems unreasonable. I requested a refund for the fittings, but they refused, stating that since I received the pipe, they could not process it. They are clearly untrustworthy, and I doubt I will get my money back or the fittings. Avoid this service.

This is one of the most incompetent companies I've dealt with. I ordered a pull-up bar station, but they sent the wrong parts. After requesting the correct ones, they sent the wrong parts again. I've now had to involve my credit card company to get a refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
