Great prompt service and delivery. I haven't used the product long enough to determine its effectiveness, but the plug for the power connection is inadequate. The design and fit are extremely poor, making it difficult to remove. The connection housing keeps detaching from the plug base, and the only way to remove it is by wedging a knife underneath. This is not safe for something that connects to a power source.
