ordered a bed in off white colour on 24th june. received a grey bed instead on 18th august. salesperson kept forcing me to accept the wrong item, saying they don’t know what to do with it. they initially offered 8% discount and another 15% discount after rejecting their first offer.they eventually decided to do a replacement and after i insisted on getting the correct item many times. not even a single service recovery when they delivered my bed today. really unacceptable customer service recovery tactics.
