I ordered flowers from Urban Stems a full day early for my son’s 100 day celebration. The event was this morning and the flowers are still not here as of this afternoon. I requested a refund and they offered me $25 credit on a $200 order. Not even a partial refund, a credit I would have to use with them and their awful service.
