Most recently, I ordered a double bouquet with a vase for someone I consider a second mom. Unfortunately, due to carrier delays, it looked like the flowers wouldn’t arrive on time. I reached out, and their team was incredibly responsive—even later in the evening—and so kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they sent out a replacement bouquet to ensure it would arrive before the weekend.
Not only did the flowers arrive in time, but my “second mom” ended up receiving both bouquets—and it absolutely made her birthday. She was overjoyed by their beauty and uniqueness, and it truly doubled the happiness of the occasion.
