I'm incredibly frustrated with this service. I placed my order in early November, and after four weeks, I received a response stating that the items were part of the fall season but hadn’t even begun production. I can't help but wonder when they consider fall to start. They offered me alternative options, but again, nothing was available except for some long knit coats that can easily be found for much less elsewhere. I have my receipt and screenshots of our conversation on a messaging platform. I've sent numerous emails and messages, yet now they have stopped responding and refuse to refund my money. I'm at a loss for what to do.
