Daily I use a Perifit to exercise my abdominal floor muscles and it has helped but I wanted some ongoing support throughout the day.I have had my Uresta appliance for a week now and have experienced a significant decrease in abdominal pain and pressure. I am grateful to have found this device. Some find it pricey. If one compares the cost of a visit to a gynecologist and the expense of unnecessary diagnostics ( at least in my case), only to be given a recommendation to purchase this or similar device, I say we just saved you time and $1,000 00.
