Edit: customer service was fantastic, I did not expect a refund. If the product is redesigned, I may take an interest in trying it again. It did not help me out. It's the handle part that's uncomfortable, it won't stay inserted properly. I don't know if it's because I had a total hysterectomy 13 yrs ago. I wish it did as it's reusable.
