If I could score a zero I would. Where do I start. After sadly loosing my 13 week old puppy I purchased an urn, it arrived in terrible condition various paint defects. After chasing them I finally spoke to someone and they agreed to send another out. Finally another week and my order is at a stand still in Swansea because they’d put the wrong postcode on.Fastforward and my second urn has arrived and it’s a totally different size (smaller) to the one I ordered.So whilst grieving for my puppy I’ve had nothing but chasing and keep getting let down by these people for over 2 weeks now and still it’s not resolved as I still have an urn that I didn’t order and is too small.My hearts broken right now I did not need this fight to get why I paid for and expected. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!
