The ordering and delivery were great. The Urn was well packaged.Sadly the Urn, which was beautiful, was not in mint condition. It was not damaged but on either side of the Urn, at the widest parts, there seemed to be some sort of mould & the metal was tarnished. This was quite a surprise given that it's supposedly suitable for outdoors.Faced with returning the Urn, which I'd waited a long time for it to be back in stock, I decided to try and clean up the tarnish myself & have to return it if unsuccessful. It's a fair bit of work but does appear to be working, but is irritating given the cost of the Urn. I deducted two stars for the tarnished Urn & the effort in restoring it rather than the hassle of arranging a return & replacement.
