I chose a good me time only order, they shipped it late even though they were supposed to send it on the 1st, not the 15th so it was late for Mother’s Day. Then they are currently charging my card for a second shipment even though I chose the one time only option at checkout. Also on their website they claim 4.5 stars on Trustpilot… they have 4 stars obviously and don’t deserve that many in my opinion. Also customer service is laughable. They charged my card on a Saturday, I immediately emailed to cancel but it’s the weekend. They get back to me TUESDAY and merely send screenshots of other people’s orders and of the website subscription when it’s literally still an option to have a one time shipment.
