I placed an order for a box on 12/1/24. As of 12/17, there was still no shipping/tracking updates, so I reached out and they told me I could pay for expedited shipping ($10.95 and it'd arrive on the 20th). I said yes, definitely - took them 2 days to send the invoice for the expedited shipping, and it went up to $14.95. Okay, whatever. Needed the box there before Christmas, which they said it would be.Not only did the box never arrive (even as of today, 1/2/25) but MULTIPLE inquiries to support have gone unanswered. I had to file a dispute with my bank.
