I think most of the negative comments come from people not reading carefully. All the subscription terms are stated clearly — the cost, delivery timing, and auto-renewal. I canceled my subscription after two months since I was only ordering the boxes as gifts. One email was all it took, and they confirmed my cancellation right away. No issues at all.
