Despite the nice curation of snacks that I gave to my daughter as a gift for 6 months, I had no intention of renewing. They did not provide any notice of the upcoming renewal, except for 1 day prior to which I promptly replied I did not wish to renew. They sent an email saying "You're breaking up with us?" And then promptly charged my credit card for a renewal and stated that because my email came 1 hour after the deadline, the cancellation was assumed to be for the 6 months after that!! What??? Stop the delivery now, stop the cheating the customer. Either run a valid subscription service and take care of the people who will be your customers and good adverstisements, or get out of the business!
