Laneige says that they will replace or refund, if you follow their instructions. I followed exactly the instructions, absorbing the cost for the return, included the original invoice, the NEW & UNUSED original product, and indicated what product I would like the return replaced with. I got nothing.I have contacted them, via email, many times now, requesting status of the replacement product, and I keep getting bot replies. It is extremely frustrating and I will never buy from Laneige (AmorePacific) again. I’ll encourage my 5k followers on IG not to buy from them too.
