Terrible customer service. Multiple voice mails are not returned and all emails sent through various chains are signed by the same person, who doesnt want to actually serve their customers. I purchased a product in person from the Sulwhasoo counter internationally. The sales associate packaged the wrong product in error. Ive been advised that Sulwhasoo customer service will not honor their return policy to customers who shop outside of the U.S., even though they are a US based customer. Why they want to die on this hill, gain bad reviews, and lose a customer is beyond me. For being a Korean brand, they certainly treat shoppers in Korea with unethical and discriminatory practices.
