The shipping was very fast and the communication regarding delivery was very clear and up to date. I used it 6 times so far. To be honest, it is too early to tell if it works. There are somethings I like, some doesn't work well for me. The product quality is very good. I fits my upper face well. However, it's too long and wide at the chin area. I had to hold the bottom part with my hand to make it close enough to my mouth and chin. The other concern is the eye cushion. I am not sure if I should use them?! If i put them on, some light bulbs around eye area are blocked. If I don't use them, the light is extremely bright, very uncomfortable. And I also noticed twice the lights were turned off before 10 minutes is up. Otherwise, I am happy with the product and hopefully it can give me the result as all the social media says.
