The lack of communication and clarity I have experienced with this company is so disappointing. I have tried communicating via email, online chat, and social media for WEEKS. There is unfortunately no phone number to call and get an issue resolved quickly. For paying such a high product price, you would hope customer service would be accessible and eager to help. I truly hope the product works better than my experience has been so far as a first time customer.
